Reece bathroom life™ Richmond East opened their doors during Saturday in Design, welcoming guests from the architect and design community. The day was dedicated to celebrating true product innovations in the bathroom space, combining the latest product innovations from Omvivo, Alape, Hoesch and Methven, plus the announcement of this year’s winners of the Reece Bathroom Innovation Award.
The official BIA judges were on hand to present the BIA winners and SiD People's Choice Award winner with their prizes including David Clark (Vogue Living), Shaynna Blaze (Blank Canvas Interiors and Foxtel's Selling Houses Australia) and Paul Hecker (Hecker Phelan & Guthrie).David Goss of Wood Marsh Architecture was announced the winner of the $20,000 professional prize with his design Shelf Life and the $10,000 student prize went to Alex Lee from Lidcombe College, NSW, for his innovative Shower Snake System. Lidcombe College has also collected a $5000 prize. Guests voted for their favourite product designs, with David Hashimoto taking out the SID People’s Choice Award with his Whisper Wall design.
