The new age toilet

Wall-hung vanities and toilets, integrated storage and wet rooms are all about making the most of available space in the bathroom. And with hidden (or concealed) cisterns proving to be one of the hottest bathroom trends of the season, it looks like streamlining has been taken to a new level.

Hidden cisterns are toilet systems that use the wall to house the cistern, meaning the only visible part of the toilet is the pan.

A hidden cistern works with either a back-to-wall or wall-hung toilet pan, with flush buttons located on the wall behind, or beside, the pan.

Gone are the days when a toilet had to take up a large part of the bathroom. Hidden cisterns are ideal for those wanting to maximise space, or create an open-plan style bathroom.
