One of the best things about this program is meeting the people around you in the work place. If I hadn't had the great support that I received along the way I wouldn't have the career I have with Reece now. The knowledge and confidence that I have received is unexplainable; it has changed my life and given me the career opportunity of a life time. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to get in and have a go.

I want to thank both Tim the Manager and Paul the Assistant Manager for their wonderful support of Daniel. Tim and Paul acted as Mentors and role models for Daniel during his time at Reece and we watched as Daniels confidence soared and his ability grew. The crew at Reece treated Daniel with patience and allowed him to do ‘hands on’ learning... I want to commend Reece for the strong community support you show and encourage you in maintaining this program as it is making a vital difference in many young people’s lives

The ability to coach and develop (an ASbA) in a career that benefits both Reece and the ASbA, not only within the workforce but also sets values for real life situations is quite rewarding.

I have been lucky enough to be involved in the Reece / ASbA program since its inception. It’s great to see students personally grow and mature... you can really see them develop from teenagers into young adults .
