Terms & Conditions
- Information on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of conditions of entry.
- Entry is free and only open to Australian residents. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. To be eligible, bathroom must be owned by entrant, or if the entrant is under the age of 18 years, the parent or guardian. Employees and immediate families of the promoter, associated companies and agencies are ineligible.
- The competition commences on 11/2/08 at 9am and entries close on 19/5/08 at 5pm for the monthly prizes and on 18/6/08 at 5pm for the overall prize.
- One monthly winner will be selected each month over three months, from all entries already received, on the 18th day of each month from March to May inclusive. An overall winner will be selected on 19/6/08. Each selection will occur at the promoter’s premises at 11am and be judged by a panel of 3 representatives from Reece Plumbing Centres according to the following criteria: overall look and layout, inspired and innovative design, product selection, use of space and clever ideas.
- Monthly winners remain eligible to be named overall winner, but are not eligible to win another monthly prize.
- Winners will be notified by mail and the names of each winner will be published in Home Beautiful Magazine as soon as practicable. The name of the overall winner will be published in the September 2008 issue of Home Beautiful magazine.
- Total prize value is $18,000. Each monthly winner will receive a $1,000 voucher that can be used at any Reece Plumbing Centre. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Overall winner will receive $15,000 cash and will be awarded the prize in the form of a cheque mailed to the winner.
- The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter may select other winners as are necessary on 1/12/08 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. Unclaimed prize winners will be determined in the same manner as described in clause 4. Names of any unclaimed prize winners will be published in the February 2009 issue of Home Beautiful magazine.
- All entries become the property of the promoter. The personal information provided on the entry forms may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Promoter reserves the right to publish photographs used to enter competition and photographs of winners without further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
- No responsibility accepted for late, lost, misplaced or misdirected entries.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or indirect loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with: (a) any prizes; or (b) with the conduct of the promotion other than loss or damage suffered arising from the negligence of the promoter, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The overall winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and the promoter accepts no responsibility for such tax implications.

- Entry into this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Your life.™ Competition (including prize distribution and promotion), and to provide you with information about our products and services. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the information provided on the entry form may be disclosed to those involved in conducting the competition or those that assist in providing information about our services, such as mailing houses or marketing companies.
