The Design Department, based in Ringwood, Victoria, is a key part of the Reece Irrigation network. Servicing all stand-alone stores and satellite branches nationally, the fundamental role of the Design Department is to develop water-efficient irrigation systems for all types of jobs - from small domestic right through to large commercial and agricultural.

All designers are expertly qualified, having completed the Certified Irrigation Designer course through the Irrigation Association of Australia. A breadth and depth of industry experience is another advantage the design team can offer, providing knowledge in specialist areas such as pumping, soil moisture monitoring, filtration and central control.

Irrigation system designs are created using the professional Irricad software, providing a clear, unambiguous layout that's easy to follow.

Design process

Complete all relevant information on a Design Planner:
1. Scale drawing
2. Flow test
3. Water supply
4. Any specific requests
Note - Documents such as building plans, architectural drawings, etc may be submitted as an alternative to the design planner as long as they are to scale and are backed up with a flow test.
Give the plan to your local Reece Irrigation branch.
Reece Irrigation store sends the plan to the Design Department.
Design Department copies the plan and prepares a preliminary design and quotation.
On acceptance of the quote, Design Department creates a final plan and materials listing, which is sent back to the relevant Irrigation Branch and then back to you.
Goods ordered in and delivered as required.
