Reece is proud to announce that since the 22nd of May our new website has been live online. Countless hours of planning and refinement have been put into its development to make the new site as easy to use as it is on the eye. Our overall aim is to ensure that www.reece.com.au is more than just a place that customers visit every couple of months to catch up on some news - we've designed it to be an interactive tool you can use to really add value to your business.
The new design
The design of the new site makes better use of the entire browser window. Some of the specific improvements you'll notice include:
- Fonts are larger and easier to read.
- The main navigation bar is located horizontally across the top of the page.
- Links to website functions appear in blue below the main navigation bar.
- Visual appeal has been enhanced with much better use of pictures and images.
- Key features can now be accessed in one click instead of going through a whole complicated series.
The updated Reece Irrigation site is consistent with the rest of the new website in terms of layout and accessibility. All the old features are still there, but now they're even easier to locate and use.
Irrigation Tech Specs
Irrigation's most popular feature, the irrigation tech specs, can be accessed directly from the menu item on the main page or the "product info" link at the top. Here you can receive all the technical information across the range of products such as flow rates, friction losses, spray patterns, etc. Also, if you are logged in, you can directly access your product pricing while browsing the tech specs.

Product Pricing
The other way to view your pricing online is via a set of easy-to-use drop-down boxes that can be accessed from the "product pricing" link on the horizontal menu bar. This allows you to select a product from a series of categories and conveniently sorts them in order of "most popular". Alternatively you can use a keyword search to locate the product you're looking for.
Once you've found what you're looking for you can create your own customised "product lists". What does this mean? Say, for example, you're a landscaper who does some irrigation, a bit of garden lighting and installs the odd water feature. You can create three separate product lists with your most frequently purchased sprinklers & valves, lights and pond products and then refer back to the lists any time you login to review your pricing when doing a quote. The website saves all your lists so you don't have to search for the same products every time you log on.
Your Account
Managing your account online is so easy. Clicking on the "your account" link gives you access to your account balance, copies of your invoices, electronic payment and a host of other functions.
Promotions
Monthly promotions and product features are also now easily accessible via the main page.
Planners
Irrigation & lighting planners can be downloaded by clicking on the "planners" link.
Instead of going on for page after page about all the little changes, we suggest you take a click around the website and get a feel for it yourself. As with all parts of the Reece business, the website is something we're trying to continuously improve.
