Weight is a major factor in the health risks for men. It also falls into the category of Not A Good Look. Here are a few simple ways to lose your gut and get buff.

It all comes down to a combination of healthy eating and regular exercise. Aim to eat five serves of vegetables and two pieces of fruit every day and exercise 30 minutes, three times a week. (Sorry, digging trenches doesn’t count. Go for a walk. Ride a bike. Jog.)
