We call it the Reece Product Quality Guarantee and it means you get industry leading warranties on all plumbing and bathroom VAP products ranging from from 12 months up to a lifetime on certain products - giving you absolute peace of mind.

All our VAP products are tested to the strictest standards

Testing VAP products

We source a huge range of local and imported products and ensure every one of them meets the correct Australian industry standards. We know, because we test them rigorously at our in-house testing facility. That way we’re sure there’ll be no risk at all to our reputation or (more importantly) yours.

Even if we know they’ve already been tested before we purchase them, we run them through their paces again to check they meet our own high standards. We don’t believe in taking risks when it comes to product quality and safety. And we’re not only testing to ensure products comply with Australian standards, but also that they are fit for purpose. We are also continually monitoring product to ensure that our suppliers maintain material quality.

Call us nit-picking if you like, but it’s that kind of detail that keeps our reputation solid. And after all, that’s all we want for your reputation as well.

Our Warranties provide total peace of mind

When you choose plumbing and bathroom VAP products from Reece, it means they have been independently tested by us to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. It’s just one more way we working to protect your business and your reputation.

Different warranty periods apply to different types of products. Warranty's range from 12 months to a lifetime on certain items. To qualify for these warranties, the products must be installed by you, a licensed plumber.

If you’d like to know the type and length of a warranty that applies to a particular product, you can find it on the relevant product page of our website. The full warranty details are contained in our "Warranty" sheets that can be downloaded from those product pages.

All plumbing and bathroom VAP products purchased from May 2011, will be covered by the Reece Product Quality Guarantee program.

Please note that these extended warranties do not apply to clearance products including VAP products that appear in the Branch Clearance Stock section of this site. Clearance products are backed by a minimum 12 month standard warranty cover.

What is Watermark and why it's important

The WaterMark is used in relation to water supply, sewerage, plumbing and drainage goods. The plumbing industry in Australia supports the use of the WaterMark which, when used properly, is an excellent way of helping Australian consumers be confident about the quality of the Plumbing Products to which the WaterMark is applied.

While it can also be possible for people to import and sell unapproved products, under the Plumbing Code of Australia non-approved products can’t be installed into a plumbing or drainage system. The installation of non-approved products can carry fines and legal implications. It is therefore very important plumbers are careful and ensure that they only install Watermark products.

At Reece we know how important a quality reputation is for our customers therefore not only do we ensure we selling Watermark certified products but also do our own testing to ensure that the products are fit for purpose.
