Recap: Three Birds Renovations house 10 — Kitchen and laundry
It’s been a busy eight months since Three Birds Renovations’ House 9 project. It’s their first new build and their first collaboration, designing and constructing a Mediterranean Farmhouse located 50km north of Byron Bay for their digital manager Sophie Bell and her growing family. Watch the first episode where Three Birds Renovations show off the gorgeous kitchen, laundry and butler’s pantry.
Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry
Lana and Erin realised early on that having a fourth Bird with a dream big direction may prove decision making to be more difficult than usual. But all in the end was well and good, when despite Lana and Erin’s concerns over the fridge location and the size of the kitchen island, it all came together to create a stunning space.
The kitchen uses a beautiful chalky concrete benchtop that brings an raw and centering feel to the space. The gold cabinet handles break up the white palette, perfectly complementing the Sussex Scala Pullout Sink Mixer Tap, which forms the eyecatching bold statement piece of the room.

The finished laundry delivered some serious wow-factor. The highlight is the bold patterned tiles that give a stylish Mediterranean edge. The farmhouse-style Shaws Lancaster 24 Ceramic Sink is complemented by a Scala Sink Mixer Tap to easily mix hot and cold water. Plenty of storage through hooks and cabinetry makes for a highly practical laundry.
