Far North Queensland is famous for its tropical beauty, but it’s also home to some of Australia’s toughest heat. In Dimbulah, summer temperatures often soar above 35°C, making cooling solutions more than a luxury, they’re a necessity. The local Barras Football Club faced a challenge: how to keep players and the community comfortable during training and events. Kaden took on a project to bring reliable comfort to this regional community.

Located around 110km southwest of Cairns, Dimbulah has a population of almost 1000 people. The tropical climate means hot, wet summers and mild, dry winters.

Life in Dimbulah means living with relentless heat. Homes and businesses need air conditioning systems that can handle extreme conditions without compromising on efficiency or durability. For many locals, finding a solution that works, and lasts, can be difficult. Kaden set out to change that by proving its systems could thrive even in Australia’s harshest climate.

This project wasn’t just about installing air conditioners; it was about creating a tailored solution for the region. The focus was on delivering comfort where it matters most to bring the community together.

Smart Solutions for Harsh Conditions

Three Kaden 7.6KW split system air conditioners were installed at the Barras Football Club.

The installation transformed the club’s facilities, making them a cool, comfortable space for players and the community.

  • Wi-Fi control for convenience

  • Self-cleaning technology for cleaner, healthier air flow

  • Corrosion protection for longevity in extreme climates
