How to Use ‘Pick Up 24/7’The service is quick and easy to use, just follow these three simple steps:

1. Place Your Order:

Call the branch and request for your order to be placed in a locker, OR
Select either Plumbing Clayton or Plumbing Footscray as your pick-up location in maX and choose 'locker pick up' when checking out.

2. Receive Notification:

When your order is ready, you will receive an SMS with a link to a QR code.

3. Collect Your Order:

Arrive at the branch at a time that suits you, scan the QR code, and a locker will open with your order inside.
