Conceived in collaboration with Aych Architects, both homes disappear into the surrounding bushland, their sculpted forms opening to creek-valley views and dappled light. In comparison, their second Mount Eliza project channels mid-century ease with floating concrete steps, timber panelling and sunlit courtyards. Winner of the 2022 HIA Spec Home of the Year, it exemplifies Latitude 37’s talent for translating classic cues into contemporary living with a home of calm proportion and enduring warmth. Finally, the stunning Templestowe Lower project reveals the firm’s adaptability on challenging urban sites. Built on a steep 650 m² block, it layers family-friendly practicality with sculptural finesse: curved brick walls, dappled screens and a muted, tactile palette bring harmony to a highly functional three-level home.
