Recap: Three Birds Renovations House 10 — Master Ensuite & Outdoor Shower

Fresh from Three Birds Renovations this week is the master ensuite reveal of their latest project, the beautiful Hinterland Hideaway!

The stunning master bedroom suite heroes a gorgeous open plan master ensuite with separate shower and powder room.

Master ensuite

Lana dubbed it a ‘controversial’ decision on Sophie’s part to create a space in the master bedroom suite for an open plan ensuite, meaning there were no walls or doors to separate the two spaces. Instead, the birds’ marketing guru Sophie opted for an open plan wet zone and the results are visually delightful.

Taking up a large but cohesive part of the master suite’s floor plan is the impressive Kado Lussi Cast Solid Surface Freestanding Bath and the functional purpose-built double width vanity, topped with the Omvivo Venice Solid Surface Counter Basin and Milli Pure Vessel Basin Sets in living tumbled brass. It’s a wonderful tap finish that peppers the bathroom space with jewellery that ties in perfectly, also extended to the Scala Dual Mixer Tap Handshower System and the bath tub’s Scala Floor Mount Mixer Tap Curved Outlet with Handshower.

Tucked behind the vanity area is a small yet perfectly functional power room, with the cylindrical Alape Round Free Standing Washstand in white as the hero of the space.

Outdoor shower

Nestled against the end of Sophie’s first floor wraparound balcony is the subtle hero of the space – the Milli Inox Wall Mount Twin Rail Shower that overlooks the jawdropping rainforest landscape the property sits on. Not hidden behind a shower screen, the outdoor shower allows Sophie and her family to truly indulge in the bliss of their hinterland hideaway.
