My Account Gets a Makeover

My Account is getting a makeover. Your login and homepage will have a fresher look. During December and January, you will notice changes to My Account, including a new My Account homepage to make it easier to find what you need, enhanced security, greater flexibility in how you manage your accounts and extended login times.

The new My Account login process will be simple:

  1. Click on the usual My Account tab on the Reece home page. A new My Account login page will appear.
  2. You will now use your email address and existing password to login.
  3. You will no longer be able to sign in using your User ID. If you have forgotten your email, use the ‘Forgot My Email’ function.
  4. If you are brand new to My Account, simply enter your details into the online form and select ‘Register’.
  5. Customers will receive communications outlining the changes and benefits of the new system.

Keep your eyes peeled for the emails as we continue to improve the way that Reece works for you.
