New Walraven clips on the block

27 June 2016

Walraven have introduced two robust new clip types that are easy, secure and quick to install thanks to their innovative design. The clips are suited with a hammer with captive nut and an anti-loss screw. Curved edges, broader and deeper profiling, makes the bracket robust. The special interlocking additionally ensures greater safety.

Both clips are part of the BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system, the most sustainable solution for fixing or supporting all kinds of installations. This makes the bracket suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and extremely corrosion resistant.

Here are some technical details:

•  BIS Bifix® G2 in full range 10 – 200mm, recommended for steel pipes and comes with a M10 nut and is black rubber lined.

•  BIS Bifix® 5000 G2 in full range 25 – 160mm is especially designed for plastic pipes, with M8/M10 nut and is green rubber lined.

The BIS Bifix® G2 comes with a distance ring, whereas the BIS Bifix® 5000 G2 has spacer washers to allow sliding of the pipe (remove for fixed application).
