Consultation FAQs

What kind of services can I expect in store? Are you able to design my whole bathroom?

Our in-store staff are experts in Reece bathroom products, and will match you with the best fit from our range. We don't offer design, build, or project management services, however we will happily collaborate in-store with your tradesperson or designers to choose the right product.

Can I change my booking once it's been made?

Of course! To change your booking, click the 'change booking' button in your email confirmation. If you want to discuss various times and days, simply call the store listed in your booking confirmation, and your friendly sales agent will be able to find a new time to come in and visit. Please refer to our retail terms & conditions for all booking change details here.

Do I need a booking to visit a Reece Bathroom Life or Plumbing Centre showroom?

Nope. You're free to walk in at any time. Our Bathroom Life showrooms are open from 8.30am - 5pm on weekdays and 9am - 4pm on Saturdays, and our Plumbing Centre showrooms are open from 8.30am - 5pm on weekdays and 8am – 12pm on Saturdays. To find your closest store, check out our store finder. Please note that store hours will differ on public holidays - for details, call your local store or check the store finder.

What if I don't live near a Reece store, or have accessibility issues?

Our bathroom consultations can be held either in-store, on the phone, or via video call so no matter where you live, you'll have a friendly Reece sales agent ready to assist.

Can you only help me with Reece products? What if I have already purchased other items?

While we'll always back Reece as the first (and best!) option, we understand that your renovation or build will likely feature other items. Provided you bring in your full bathroom specs, and details of furniture or accessories already purchased or installed, we'll be able to work together to bring your bathroom dreams to life. We also sell kitchen, laundry, and outdoor, marine-grade products so whether it's an outdoor shower or a kitchen sink, we've got you covered.

If I like what I see, can I order on the spot?

Absolutely! Everything we showcase during a bathroom consultation is available for purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This depends on whether you are ordering a product in an existing stock line, or a made-to-order product. Delivery times will also differ depending on your location. Don't worry, your sales consultant will be able to provide detailed delivery schedules during your consultation, and will give you updates after you've ordered, too.

Can you ship directly to my house?

Yes we can! Delivery times will differ depending on your location. Unfortunately, there are some areas in regional Australia that we simply cannot reach, for more information, reach out to your local Reece store. You can find a full list of Reece stores, here.

Can I bring my designer or builder to my consultation?

It takes a village to bring your bathroom dream to life, so bring along anyone who you think will be helpful. We happily collaborate with builders, designers, home reno newbies, or your mum (she always knows best).

I want to see my bathroom in 3D using the Imagin3D tool. Can you do that for me during our session?

The Imagin3D tool is a great resource for playing with space and form, and seeing Reece products in-situ. However, these renders can take a little while to put together, so we recommend doing this at home before you come in. If technology isn't your strong suit, you can ask your sales consultant to show you the ropes while you're in store. It's important to note that this is not part of the consultation process — we prefer to be more hands on with showing you our products, and getting to know your vision.

Are you able to refer me to local builders, plumbers, or interior designers?

Reece takes our recommendations very seriously, and commits to rigorous consideration before promoting any bathroom build talent. For that reason we do not connect customers with build or design talent as part of the consultation process.
