What is an emergency?
An emergency is a repair or maintenance that will cause damage or loss if not actioned immediately. This includes critical issues such as burst fire mains, sewage mains failure, or cool room breakdowns where contents are sensitive. No matter the emergency, Reece is ready to respond when you need us most.
What you need to know
This service incurs a $220 fee and does not include delivery. To request this service, call 1800 067 127 to speak with our contact centre. They will connect you with a local staff member who will assess the emergency and confirm whether the required product or equipment is available at their branch. Please note that staff reserve the right to refuse requests that are not considered genuine emergencies.
