Three Birds Renovations on creating cohesion and wow moments: a closer look at House 15

Labelled as their biggest project yet, transforming a dated mansion with a complex floor plan into a beautiful slice of Spain in Sydney. Featuring pastel tones, organic shapes and textures and those ocean views, this project oozed Mediterranean charm and style. We caught up with the ladies as they shared two of their top tips for bathroom and home design.

Firstly, throughout the reno you’ll notice Three Birds have used the same living rustic iron finish from the Milli Pure and Mood collection.

In the master bedroom of our dreams, Three Birds reveal a parents’ retreat boasting ocean views, a walk-in wardrobe and the most incredible ensuite we’ve ever seen, featuring our LAUFEN Val bath overlooking the ocean, and private balcony connecting to the master bedroom. Three Birds’ intention for this retreat was to expand the floor plan and maximise the space. To do this, you need a solid plan. Erin spills her top tips for creating a ‘Wow’ moment.
