At Reece, we stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty program designed to give customers peace of mind. Our warranties cover a wide range of bathroom, plumbing, and building products, including exclusive Value Added Products (VAPs) sourced or manufactured specifically for Reece. Each product’s warranty details—including duration and coverage—can be found directly on its product page, along with downloadable warranty documents. We also offer extended warranties for many items, supported by rigorous product testing and ongoing customer care.
What is covered under Reece warranties
Reece warranties apply to a broad selection of products, including bathroom fittings, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and more.
Special focus is given to Value Added Products (VAPs)
exclusive items sourced or manufactured for Reece.
Warranty coverage includes product replacement, spare parts, and labour (varies by product).
Products are tested to meet Australian standards and Reece’s internal quality benchmarks.
Warranty duration & types
Warranty periods vary by product type:
Minimum 7 years for most VAPs (domestic use)
Up to 15 years or more for select products
Some items offer lifetime warranties
Warranty includes:
Product replacement
Spare parts and labour (typically 1 year)
Clearance items are excluded from extended warranties.

Customers are encouraged to use licensed plumbers to maintain warranty validity.
Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:
The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
The product does not match its sample or description.
We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available and may record your proof of identification when processing a return without proof of purchase.
