Courtney, 34

One of Australia's few female site managers, Courtney has delivered major commercial construction projects across schools, hotels, shopping centres and resorts. Having renovated multiple homes of her own, she'll be managing the budgets and coordinating trades.

Sev, 37

A commercial interior designer with a flair for creativity, Sev brings years of renovation and styling experience to The Block. A natural collaborator with a can-do attitude, she'll be leading the design, shopping and styling while transforming ideas into standout spaces.
